The camp has 20 safari tents all with private balconies offering fantastic river views and the hippos grunting down below will be your waking call in the mornings. The safari tents are permanently erected under the shade of a makuti roof structure, have a choice of twin or double beds, and are fitted with mosquito nets, writing desks, shelves and have 24 hour solar powered lighting. At the back of each tent there is a permanent structure incorporating a flush toilet, bidet, hand-basin and shower. Unfortunately, there is no hot water at this camp – but saying this, this is not really a problem in the summer season as the water does is more warm than cold.
