What Mbuyu lacks in frills is certainly made up in quality guides. Activities include early morning and evening game drives, walking Safaris, full day game drive with picnic lunch, game viewing from a hide, fishing trips.
For something different take a river safari along the Rufiji River into lakes like Mwanze, Siwandu or Nzerekela, or on a full day trip to lake Tagalalla. Big groups of hippos and crocodiles are the order of the day.
For those who are not to keen on sitting in boats or land rovers, a guided walking safari along the banks of the river or lakes might be what you are looking for. The walks are easy and relaxed and focus on the fauna and flora of the reserve. Walking is not permitted in many reserves and parks throughout Africa, so take this opportunity to get as close to nature as possible.
